Peacock brings NBC content, live sports, and exclusive originals to all Roku devices. This guide covers downloading, installing, and activating Peacock on Roku Express, Streaming Stick, Ultra, and Roku TVs.

Step 1: Download Peacock

From Roku Home Screen

1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote
2. Scroll down and select Streaming Channels
3. Select Search Channels
4. Type "Peacock"
5. Select Peacock TV from results
6. Click Add Channel
7. Confirm by selecting OK

From Roku Website

1. Go to channelstore.roku.com
2. Sign in to your Roku account
3. Search for "Peacock"
4. Click Add Channel
5. Channel will appear on your Roku within minutes

Step 2: Activate Peacock

Activation Process

1. Open the Peacock channel on your Roku
2. Select Sign In
3. An activation code will appear on screen
4. On your phone or computer, visit peacocktv.com/tv
5. Enter the activation code exactly as shown
6. Sign in to your Peacock account
7. Your Roku will automatically activate

New to Peacock?

Create an account during activation:

1. At the sign-in screen, select Sign Up
2. Enter your email and create a password
3. Choose your plan (Free, Premium, or Premium Plus)
4. Complete payment if selecting a paid plan

• Check internet speed: Settings > Network > Check Connection
• Minimum 3 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K
• Move Roku closer to router or use Ethernet adapter
• Restart your router
• Close other apps streaming on your network

App Crashes

1. Press Home button to exit
2. Go to Settings > System > System Restart
3. If issue persists, remove and reinstall the channel
4. Check for Roku software updates

Poor Video Quality

• Check network connection strength
• Ensure HDMI cable is properly connected
• Adjust display settings: Settings > Display Type
• Allow a few seconds for quality to improve after starting video
